Members of 4KBW were filming at the Old Bailey last Sunday with the teams of sixth form students from Acland Burghley School and The Boswells School for the shooting of the mock trial for the ‘Young Legal Eagles’ BBC Documentary.

Nicola McKinney, Jacqueline Caspi and Timothy Salisbury watched both teams conducting a trial via a video link to Court 1, Old Bailey, providing x-factor commentary for the programme. In a rare opportunity, the barristers were also able to observe the deliberations of the jury from the jury room as they reached their verdict.

4KBW were extremely impressed by the amount of work and the extent to which all the students had taken on board the feedback from their advocacy mentoring sessions, resulting in extremely polished performances from both teams.
