After gaining a third place bronze medal in the Citizenship Foundation's Bar National Mock Trial Competition, students from Acland Burghley School perform their roles before members of 4KBW. The Transport Select Committee has called for the threshold on whiplash claims in personal injury cases to be raised and referral fees to be banned in its recent report on the cost of motoring. The insurance industry has come under fire from the Committee, which is now calling for significant changes to reduce the number of whiplash claims, which reached a high of 790,999 in 2010-2011.
